All rates are per night, for two people inclusive of Champagne breakfast and all taxes.

Arrival and Departure transfers
- Arrival and departure shared transfers are charged €20 per room per transfer.
- Arrival and departure private transfers are charged €35 per room per transfer.

Cancellation Policy
- For accommodation cancelled within:
21 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date (high season)
14 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date (mid season)
07 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date (low season)
The Tour Operator agrees to pay to the hotel cancellation charges amounting to the value of 50% of the reserved total stay.
- No show, cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival, early departures = 100% of total accommodation charges or remaining accommodation balance
- For Early Bird bookings a 50% non-refundable deposit is required

Bookings & Payments
- All bookings to be secured by a 50% deposit upon confirmation (guarantee)
- All remaining balances to be settled upon check out of the hotel.
- Payment by credit card, cash or bank transfer; cheques are not accepted
- VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted
- Check-in Time: 14:30 pm / Check-out Time: 12:00 noon
- Additional charges apply to early check-in / late check-out (50%)
