Kyparissia is a very beautiful coastal town and has a superb soft, sandy beach that makes it a perfect place to visit during the summer months.

The house is located in a very nice part of Kyparissia, and is approximately 1.5km from the centre of the main town of Kyparissia. The house provides some splendid mountain and sea views, and offers a perfect setting for those seeking to simply relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the region.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the house and 2 bathrooms. There is a lovely living room with a fire place and central heating - making the house suitable for the winter months, as well as the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker and other appliances. All of the rooms in the house are nicely decorated and furnished.

There is a lovely garden area around the house, and there is also a swimming pool. Use of the pool must be arranged by prior agreement in order to prepare the swimming pool. There is also a jacuzzi and private parking. The house is ideal for those who are planning a holiday in the region of Kyparissia, and is suitable for those who may be travelling with children, or a small group.
