Athens, capital city of Greece, will always be a very popular holiday destination, after the worldwide exposure of the city during the 2004 Olympic and Paralympic Games. With Athens having had a huge facelift, it will once again inspire and amaze it's visitors.
The infrastructure of the city has vastly improved, and arriving and traveling around Athens is now easier than ever before, with it's improved public transport, such as bus, trolley, Metro and the new Athens Tram. Visitors who may have visited Athens several years ago will not fail to notice the huge improvements that have been done in the city, and this is testimant to the great work that has been undertaken during the last several years.

Islands such as Mykonos, Rhodes, Santorini and Corfu are the Greek Islands that everyone knows of, but with so many smaller undiscovered islands, one may decide to venture out, and be a little more adventurous when selecting the Greek Island they wish to visit.
