The 19th September sees the return of the legendary tenor Jose Carreras, who returns to Athens after a four year absense.
Taking place at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus - Herodion in Athens under the direction of David Gimenez, and with the ERT National Symphony Orchestra, this performace will be one that will be enjoyed by all who attend.
Born in Barcelona where he studied music, Jose Carreras is one of the popular and respected tenors in the world. During his long career, Jose Carreras has worked and performed with a huge number of artists, as well as receiving numerous awards and distinctions.
For the performance at the Herodion, part of the revenuw from the show will be given to Floga, which is a Greek Association of Parent of Children living with cancer.
